About the Owner
Erin Adkinson has a unique background that encompasses all aspects of home management, client relations and real estate development. As Director of Operations for a prominent local real estate development firm, she realized her passion for home management which led her to launch her own service-oriented company.
Erin has always had an eye for detail, a skill she honed while working as an investigative analyst and quality control supervisor with an arm of The Supreme Court of Florida for over 11 years. This experience led to her successful position involving operations and project management of several local development projects.
Erin graduated with honors from Florida State University with a degree in Communications. She lives in historic DeFuniak Springs, Florida with her husband, Mike, and their two young daughters. Erin is also the founder of Emerald Coast Type 1, a support group geared towards helping parents and children who cope with Type 1 Diabetes.
